Open Putter Face at Impact?
How often do you see a fellow golfer leave the face open at impact and push a putt? I do it all the time; at least five times more often than I pull a putt. Well, a design patent issued this week that may help golfers get the putter face square at impact. Check out this design…

The design is covered by USPN D655,766, which issued this week.
Sure, connecting the shaft to the head on the toe side of the club head looks a little odd, but I could easily get past the aesthetics if it saved me a couple of strokes a round.
