Aerodynamic High-MOI Driver Ahead of Its Time

Guess what year this driver design was patented.










The drawings come from USPN 1690388 titled “Head for Golf Clubs,” which issued in 1928. Not bad for an 83 year old design. Reminds me a little of THIS putter.
