So Who Recently Filed a Trademark Application Directed to a White Club Head?

It was only a matter of time before someone tried to stake their claim to white club heads. Last week Taylor Made filed a trademark application containing the following drawing and description:

Description of Mark: The color(s) white is/are claimed as a feature of the mark. The mark consists of the color white applied to the entire surface of a golf club head and a shaft of contrasting color. The dotted lines and diagonal-lined shaft are intended to show the position of the mark and are not part of the mark as shown.

It should be interesting to see what Cobra Golf has to say about this!
