What Golfer Wouldn’t Want a “Straight Shot Golf Club”? Well, I Would Have to Pass on This One
Could the inventor of this golf club actually be a golfer?
The club on the left is listed as a 12 degree club and the one on the right is a 0 degree club. Nice photos!
The golf club is disclosed in the patent application that published as US Pub No 20060211513 titled “Straight Shot Golf Club Head,” and describes the invention as:
The straight shot golf club helps golfers eliminate many hours of their golf time, trying to locate a golf ball that they sliced when hit by their golf club that landed in the woods. By virtue of the unique design of the straight shot golf club, the straight shot golf club can eliminate the slicing of a golf ball when hit. The face of the golf club is indented with this unique design. When the golf ball enters the indentation of this golf club, the golf ball is controlled when it leaves the golf club and will travel in the direction the hit is facing.
I don’t even know what to say about this design.
