Is There Really a Market for a “Golf Club Rest?”

Last week a patent issued for a golf club rest that left me thinking… are golfers crazy! Check out this invention.

 

The design does let the device nicely hook on a bag and hang, but I don't see myself purchasing one (and I will buy almost any golf product). Interesting nonetheless.
