In a prior post I discuss monitoring federal trademark applications to provide insight into what your competitors may be planning in terms of new products.

Additionally, since recent posts have discussed golf ball and club patents that issued in 2006, as well as application that published in 2006, a look at the golf club giants' 2006 trademark filings is in order.
