Will This Golf Ball Patent Litigation Impact Any Tour Players?

Golf ball patent infringement litigation seems to be picking up. Last month I posted about a rather unusual golf ball patent infringement case HERE, and this week another infringement action was filed. Check out the patent in question:

Hard to believe isn’t it. The drawings above come from USPN D441,414 titled “Shuttlecock Golf Ball.” The litigation involves allegations of patent infringement by Leisure Incorporated against Horseshoe Golf, LLC. Click HERE to read the entire complaint.

I have to admit, it would be fun to chip that ball around the yard.
