OK, would your answer be different if it was a BROOM putter by Odyssey? Callaway Golf hopes so since the trademark office records indicate that Callaway intends to use the BROOM mark in association with golf clubs, presumably putters. The application was filed last week for “golf bags; golf clubs; head covers for golf clubs.” Boy, Johnny and Nick would have a field day talking about this! Smart marketing.
