Great Week for FootJoy: Three Golf Shoe Design Patents
As I expressed in a previous post, it seems as though FootJoy is the only manufacturer of golf shoes that values intellectual property and patent protection. In fact, just this week FootJoy had 3 golf shoe design patents issue.
The first golf shoe patent is USPN D539,520 titled “Golf Shoe Saddle.”
The second golf shoe design patent is USPN D539,519 titled “Golf Shoe Upper.”
The third golf shoe patent is USPN D539,515 titled “Golf Shoe Outsole.”
Adidas, Nike, Bite, Ecco, Oakley, Etonic, Dunlop, Dexter, Arnold Palmer, Hi-Tec… where are you?
