Bizarre Golf Club Patent of the Week; Native American Tool or Golf Club?

A fascinating golf club patent issued last week. The club appears to be part golf club, part weapon. Ahh, perhaps the origin of the hybrid. The patent is USPN D599422 titled “Golf Club.” Check out this design.

Pretty crazy, but it would be fun to try to hit a ball with it.
